Hi if you want to give a special prize you can do it via the "prizes" tab and select "new prize" when window pops up select "manual" under the "recipient" if you have the prizes displayed on your Tourney screen and you want to advertise the "dealer prize" write in a title under the display part click the box to show on screen.
Check the "lock this prize" so it becomes an extra prize.
Under "Amount" details select "non monetary" and name the prize, then in "points box" enter the value of points you wish to give.
In the "override" section click the "award to player" check box and then select the player from the drop down box.
Click apply and then ok the prize is now set, hope i havent forgotten anything screenshot attached with highlights showing what i changed to get the prize awarded.
We used to take it in turns to deal until the first player was out then he took over until the next player was eliminated and it the was there turn and so on..........

To get the stats for all your games, first click the stats tab, then refresh tourneys, and presuming you save all your tournaments in the same place they all should load click ok
Next click "filter" button on the left a box will appear as in picture below click on any of the parameters you need then click apply followed by ok
when you have clicked ok you will get your stats
If you wish to see different statistics choose the "coloumns" button on the left, as for the formula ........sorry!

just a guess, but could this be a screen resoloution problem? match your laptop to your desktop screen resoloution and try that? good luck anyhow

Hi,
When you rebuy a player (press "v" when tourny running or right click mouse) a dialouge box comes up like below just enter the info in as you require and it will do the rest for you!

I edited the xml export and it has uploaded so i can vouch for the component working other than that.

Hi Scott this is one I have forgotten many times and had to rectify in live games!
You need to delete the property set for even rounds this will then use the default of the odd rounds. screenshots attached.

Hi I would let TD take care of it as an Add on.
Enable the rebuys
disable rebuys after round 4
enable addons
set maximum rounds to an unachieveable level
set maximum Add on to 1
That should give you your desired result.

Hi,
I don't know if there is another way of doing this but i use the html <MARQUEE> </MARQUEE> code to achieve this.
Here is a website that lists the marquee functions.
To enter it into TD go to layout select the cell you wish to use and type the open quote of <marquee> then click insert token which will bring up all the different types of data you can insert click ok and then close the html quote with </marquee> and job should be a good un!
I have also used images in the same way, just click the insert image button instead.

Hi just so you know there are other joomla users that would absolutley love this module to be available, id put two hands up! I have tried joomla league and joomla tracks with no real success in tracking weekly games as they are not suited to a poker enviroment but yours with the ability to have the TD stats exported would be a complete bonus please please think about making it available id gladly donate via a paypal link for it!

« on: January 14, 2009, 05:15:47 AM »I love the work some of you guys are doing with the layouts. I am fairly capable with photoshop but wonder how you figure out where the actual graphics have to be on the screen to line up with the info in the cells.
The way I have done it before (although not a patch on bpc's) is to get the layout sorted out in td with just basic backgrounds and get everything laid out how I want it, and then start a mock tournament then press the "print screen" button, then I open up Paintshop pro or whatever editing program suits and paste as a new image add a layer and start your design. The only thing to note is when the blinds go up to 1000/2000 area make sure you leave a big enough box. when you have finished editing save it and use it as a background picture on your layout and make sure you turn transparency on.
