Special Bounties Question
« on: August 19, 2014, 07:44:41 PM »
I searched the board just to make sure this wasn't posted anywhere and I didn't find it.  So here's my question.  In my tournament, everyone gets a bounty chip when I buy them in.  There is zero cost to them and have no value until the final table.  At which time, each bounty chip a player has collected is worth 5k each.

The Hit-man captures when a player is busted out with a bounty, but how do I add the bounty amounts to the final table, since they have no chip value before then?

Thanks for your advice,
Rose

Don't use the software to track the bounty chips themselves, because they must have a value or they're not considered "in play".

Most people don't really use the software to track who has how many chips at any given time.  If you hand out extra chips at the final table, does it matter if you record that or not within the TD software?  Are you basing prizes or points off of it?
