Hi Corey, I cannot find any config.properties in my install folder. I checked on another installation that does not lose the preferences and cannot find config.properties either

I set it to read only hoping TD wouldn't overwrite my settings then when TD gor upset with me for doing that I unchecked the Read Only box.
But nontheless whenever I shut down my preferences reset.
As a side note, the receipts do not reset to the default, but to an earlier receipt template I used

Hi Corey, one copy of TD loses my saved preferences every time I restart TD. I have set the prefs.sav to Read Only and get an error when TD starts. Is there anything I can do before purging TD from my laptop and starting over?

Hi Corey.
I'm not sure where the problem lies so I'm gonna shoot this here. I have programmed a bar code scanner to send a hotkey to open the Add Player Dialog then send the player id. using a spreadsheet this works fine (TAB then the player ID in the next cell). However in TD the Add Player dialog opens up and in nothing appears in the Player Search field. My DB is on a network drive which created a bit of a delay and so I thought the sending of data after the TAB was sent might have caused the data to be lost. However when I tried with only 3 names in my DB on my laptop the results were the same. I don't know if this is a TD problem (it works as wanted in a spreadsheet) or if TD can't consume the data fast enough.

Hi Corey. Can I have an event that will trigger at a certain time (instead of minutes/seconds left in a round). I would like to have a chime play at the top of every hour. The time would be based of the clock in the system tray.

Windows did an update this past night and since this update my Epson receipt printer spits out a receipt that's no more than an inch long. The receipt printer is still set to my Epson. When I load the receipt file in IE it will print normally, but won't through TD

il faudrai tu envoye un e-mail a Corey ( support@thetournamentdirector.net ) pour avoir une copie de ta license car aucun license est transmit sur les forums. Ce que tu  abesoin est l'addresse e-mail que tu a utiliser pour l'achat. Si possible, ecrit le courriel en anglais car Corey est anglais. Sinon copier le texte en bas
