Message Player Movement

I want to create a new event that brings up a message indicating the movement of a player to another table. I know there is a "Player Movement" screen but i want to show that in a message.Does it exist a possibility to present this on the main screen?

There is a trigger A table balance is suggested, so you can have an event trigger off of that.  But there isn't really any token you could use to display who is moving and to where.  So you could have a generic message indicating player(s) need to move, but nothing specific.
