Suggestions / Prizes Tab suggestions
« on: March 02, 2013, 02:43:34 PM »
Hi Corey I’ve got a couple suggestions / wants for the next or a later version of TD

Prizes Tab = Put in a “Display All Prizes” / “Display No Prizes” switch, button or option
Many of the tournaments we hold at our club have multiple (3) levels of Buy-in and consequently the same number of prize-pools, although they’re not commonplace now, I see that more and more venues around the UK are starting to adopt the “Multi Level Entry” / “Multi Prize Pool” tournament idea, I guess that most of us who run these type of tournaments calculate the prizes manually and create a list of manual prize in TD to display to the players.

A feature that I would like to see would be the ability to insert a line which could contain a header for each prize-pool (see attached graphic), it would also be great if the header/s could replace the static word “Prizes” in the excellent (Stuart Murray) Abstract layout.

PS Sorry more Multi Level suggestions to follow in a few days

Beta Testing / Possible bug in prizes

Hi Corey

I have noticed that at least one of the (Manual) prizes sometimes shows a value different to the amount entered.

I have sent the file to you, its prize No:13

I have noticed the same thing happening in version 2

Help Me / Re-Entry
« on: August 27, 2010, 07:16:28 AM »
Hi

is there a way to re-enter a player into a tournament once he (or she) has been busted out?

i know i could allow rebuys, but the tournament is a freezeout tournament in which late entries are allowed, and a re-entry would be a better solution/option for me.

Many thanks in advance

Help Me / Entry Fee / Per Player Rake
« on: July 31, 2007, 02:11:49 AM »
I seem to have a small probem which perhaps you are able to help me with.

I run a poker club and am entering all the tournament and players information from the previous 2 yeas into your program, before I get to far into this task i need to ask a question, probably 1 of many that will crop up over the next week or two.

I charge a entry fee for each player who joins the tournament, this is in addition to a 5% rake of the total prize pool. I have entered the entry fee ammount in the "Per-Player rake" box which seems to be the natural place for it, but on the summary screen the entry fee is deducted from the prize money as "Buy-ins Rake",

Is there a way to charge an entry fee which is not added to the the rake deducted from the prize money?

many thanks
