Game Over Layout Help

Where is the option to change the "Game Over" background color?  I can't find it anywhere.  I want it to match the rest.

Also - is there an easier way to apply a background color to ALL fields?

Not sure which layout this is, but the default layout and its 1920x1080 equivalent show Game Over in the Blinds cell.  Just select the "After Tournament, ..." Property Sets.
