TD error reports?

I was in the middle of a tourney last night and I got an error message from TD.

Box came up after I tried to knock someone out.  I am not sure what the error message sent.  Some rather long thing of "an error has occurred . . . blah blah blah . . . TD will try to recover from the error.  Please send this error to TD".

Well, I am in the middle of a tourney and just trying to get back to the game, so I hit "ok" and TD comes back with no apparent problems.  I just don't remember what the error message was or exactly what was going on when it happened (as I mentioned, pretty sure I was knocking someone out and then rebuying that person in).

probably no error message archive anywhere in my system that I could dig up to send in?  Tourney finished without any subsequent problems.

Still running most current version of TD, but on a Win98 old laptop (ouch).

Unfortunately not.  It does log information, but only if the option is turned on.  Frankly, it should be set to log error messages, but I think the log is turned completely off in release mode.
