Thermal Printer issue

Hi Corey and everyone.
I have 3 printers hooked to my computer, which includes a thermal receipt printer. If my thermal printer is not the last printer used it spits out an empty receipt that is only half an inch. A former co-worker posted about his (link provided) but even following his suggestion it does not correct the problem. We can click the Transactions button from the Players Tab and print a new receipt and all is fine. But it is an annoyance.
Also, I saw one thread earlier about keystrokes not registering with W10. Is there any news on a fix for this?

Okay I've figured out the printing issue.
Asegzamfire had it right with his solution, however, with Windows 10 there is an added step. For anyone else having this issue, open Settings and then click Devices. Under the Printers & Scanners menu turn off the option "Let Windows manage my default printer" All is good with printing.

There only remains the keystroke issue now

I'm getting slow in my old age.  Glad you figured it out jodybingo.  Sorry for not being more prompt.
