How to allow add-ons before tournament starts?

Hi Smart People,

I have an add-on called a bulletproof vest. When a player gets to a certain low level of chips, they are allowed to use this 'add-on'.
My rules state that the person must buy the vest before a certain time (about 15mins before the tournament starts). They can not buy them during the tournament.

My problem is this, the software will not allow me to "sell" the add-on until the tournament starts. I'd like to be able to sell the add-on before the tournament starts. Is there a way to do this?

Try using a TD button  (Add-on), Then click the Override button

Yes, by default add-ons and rebuys are technically not allowed before the tournament starts, but you should be able to override that behavior.  When you try to add-on, you'll get a warning dialog with an "Override" button.  Just press it and buy the add-ons.
