I'm getting a database when I click on the TD database tab.
Any suggestions?

Take a backup of your database (http://www.thetournamentdirector.net/faq.html#faq32) and send it to support@thetournamentdirector.net.  It's probably a corrupted file.

On an probably unrelated note, it looks like you're using the IE10 beta.  The TD is unsupported on beta versions of IE.  They usually have issues.

It's something with IE10.  I loaded my database on another machine to test it and I didn't run into the same problem.
