Is it possible to put add player and buy in player buttons on seating chart? If so how been trying to all night

Don't think you can modify the seating chart like you can the tourney screen.

No, you can't modify those screens in the same way.  You can add a version of the seating chart to a layout, however, with the <seatingchart> token.  Not quite the same thing, but might work for you.
