on "Create Tournament Scores using formula:" I have    points = n - r + 1 + numberOfHits.  On the "Create Overall Scores using formulas:   is blank (empty). I have also tried leaving both fiels blank. No change in outcome.

Trying to give players points according to how they finnish in the tournament and how many hits they made. I am using the formula n- r + 1 + nh. However, when I do stats it looks like the program is also giving the player points for any money won according to the prize list.
I have also looked at the prize configuration file but don't see "points" in the file. I have looked at the prizesuggestion file and the autoprize file in the lib folder and while I see "points" they are all equal to 0. Anybody got a suggestion(s)?

Can anybody give me the correct syntax for firing  a sound at 10 seconds left in round 2. The syntax I have tried is (isRound = 2) and (state = 2) and (roundNum = 2) and (secondsLeft = 10). I have used the test conditions and it passes as long as I answer state = 2 isRound = 2 roundNum = 2 and secondsLeft = 10. I am using ver 3.1. I have also moved the event to the top of the list. I can fire the event manually so I believe that the sound file is in the correct directory.  I have also used the syntax (isRound) and (state =2) and (roundNum = 2) and (secondsLeft = 10). But when I use the test conditions I have to put in isRound 2 state 2 secondLeft 10 roundNum 2 for it to be true. Notice that my isRound syntax is just that (isRound). But even with it true it still doesn't fire. My Action settings are "if any other sounds are playing stop them first" .... up late and going nuts! lol
I have also tried both triggers   clock ticks   and level ends  I GOT IT   NEVER MIND SORRY IF SOMEBODY IS LOOKING INTO THIS

Thats exactly what it was. I was executing a wav file that wasn't in the sound list. thank you again

I have an event that when a specific player bustsout that a taps wav file is executed (played). Windows media player opens up and is displayed on the game window, taps.wav file is played and the window stays open until I close it. Could it be that I am running the file rather than executing it?

When i added an event and am using a sound windows media player window opens and the sound is displayed. How can I stop the display from opening but still have the sound played. TD3 plays the warning, final etc without the p[layer being displayed

Finally got it to work. Learned the difference between run and exec. Now is there syntax to fire on a persons name? Also you never answered is TD 3 case sensitive?

Can anybody tell me the exact syntax that would belong in the conditions window to fire off a trigger when a particular player (named ALLEN) is busted out. I have tried to follow Timmer post of Nov 1, 2011 and can get the message displayed and the sound to work when I fire event now but not when I bust him out. currently have if = allen in conditions window. Also is the TD softwre case sensitive?
