Templates, Layouts and Sounds / Seat Players Button
« on: October 21, 2008, 09:43:29 AM »
Is it possible to create a seat players button on my layout. In the same way that I have a bust out button and a rebuy button etc.

I would like it instead of going to the tables menu and then press seat players, so that a random player can press it.

Just wondered if it could be done.

Thanks

I'm running my monitor at 1280 x 800. I'll try strectching it and see if I can set it to fit my monitor.

I don't supose you could upload the PSD of the background could you? I love the layout and I've been looking to find one that is clear, shows all the information, and looks good and this is the only one I like. I'd like to change some of the images though.

Hiya mate.

Is the layout set to a certain resolution?

The reason I ask is because when I load it, it doesn't fill the screen, and the text is all out of alignment.

Should I stretch it with photoshop?

General Discussion / Formula - Is this possible?
« on: October 01, 2008, 09:07:09 AM »
I really don't think that this is possible guys but this is the place to ask.

Our league has just started where we give 10 points for a win, 9 for second etc... all the way down to 1 point for 10th place. We also give 1 point per hit. My formula for this is: n+1-r+nh

It was a 25 buy in but we changed the buy in this week to attract more people. It is now 15 buy in, with 1 re-buy and 1 add-on at 10. owever they want the points for the hits to only count AFTER THE RE-BUY period.

Does anyone know if TD can calculate the points for us?

Thanks in advance guys.

OK, for the mean time I have created a simple spreadsheet in Excel 2007.

It takes the results on one page and spits the results out in a presentable way on another sheet. You select a name from a drop down list at the top and the stats, results etc gets displayed underneath. I guess I could then put charts and graphs which would update automaticaly. I just need to put the results in on the original page.

Does anyone know how to transfer this as HTML to embed into my website?

EDIT: I know how to transform a normal excel sheet to HTML, but I need the drop-down box to work, plus I have a few VLOOKUP commands.

I would think it would be the person with the highest hand. Again, just my two pennies (I'm from England so I don't have 2 cents).

That's what I'm after.

What do I have to set on TD to do that then?

OK just as an update I thought I'd let you know how I got on.

After a bit of googleing I got a free template. It just displays the basic info from my tournament results, news, info etc but it's ok for now.

I also found a simple forum to embed into the pages. Admitidly, the forums look awful but when our league gets going properly I'll add a proper forum package using my web package.

Take a look if you like www.penzancepokerleague.co.uk

Skelly... I think the idea that you have is awsome. But the demo is confusing and doesn't seem user friendly. I'd love to use something like this though in the future.

1st place = 10 points
2nd place = 9 points
3rd place = 8 points

....all the way down to....

10th place = 1 point

PLUS 1 POINT PER HIT

I was thinking of something more along the lines of this....

http://www.qesign.com/templates/ready-casino-sites-gambling-website-templates-card-game-webpage-layouts.shtml

like a template that someone on here might use, but that is more suitable for poker leagues
