This might not be possible to do automatically but I though I'd ask just in case. My friend has suggested when running our leagues we base the league table on a players best 10 results across 15 games.

Is this something that is possible in TD or will it be something that I'd have to do manually if we go with it?

Help Me / Data Stores
« on: February 15, 2018, 05:44:23 AM »
A little issue that is bugging me a little. I have created a new data store folder and have only the templates, images, saves, etc etc that I use and need in it. However every time I run TD and the default images and templates etc etc get copied to that new data store.

Doesn't matter if I delete them it just keeps happening. I dont really want to delete the originals from the TD directory in case I ever want to use them.

Is there any reason why this is happening?

In fact just discovered the elapsedTime token which I can use. I am hosting a 24 hour poker tournament for charity hence why I wanted the time counting down how ever having the time count up will work just as well :)

Help Me / Count Down Clock
« on: November 08, 2017, 04:17:12 AM »
Hi,

Is it possible to have a clock that counts down? For example the tournament I will be running is a time limited tournament and what I would like is a clock counting down that is all the levels and breaks added together.

But I still want the normal levels clock running.

Is this something that is possible, anyone advice me how?

Cheers

Its no problem I done a bit of a work around which I am happy with the outcome after testing it.

I just duplicated the events to but changed the minutes at 7 14 and 21

Hi Corey,

I had a go at this and it nearly works perfectly how I want it apart from it only happens once per round.

For example if the round is 21 minutes it will flash up randomly at 14 minutes but not again at 7 minutes. But does again at 14 minutes in the next round.

Cheers for the support again in advance

Cheers that is absolutely spot on thank you.

I haven't tested it out yet but I can see how it works and sure it will be spot on.

Thanks very much.

Help Me / Random Messages

Hi there,

I am looking to host a home game but with multi games ... I was thinking of just changing the game every 10 hands if I can't achieve what I'm about to ask so no problem if it cant be done.

What I am thinking is it possible to though up a random message in the events every say every 7 minutes. Or even better a random selected time like 7, 10 or 15 minutes.

So if I had 5 pre selected messages which would be the different game types and every 7 minutes the tournament thoughs up one of the random games.

Hope that makes some sense.

Thanks in advance.

Help Me / Re: Max Prize
« on: December 13, 2016, 05:34:16 PM »
No problem thanks for the reply and will be why I couldn't work it out. I like the idea of formula prizes but I guess that would only really be of use for what I need it to do.

Thinking about it I maybe able to do it manually if the prize goes over or I may just scrap the idea of a max prize.

Cheers again.

Help Me / Max Prize
« on: December 12, 2016, 07:04:45 PM »
Hi there had a few previous questions but always found a answer till this one.

Is it possible to set a max prize? For example.

If I collected 100 and had first prize to be paid at 55% but a max payout of 50 could I limit this and then move the excess to 2nd place?  As the prize would be 55.

If I collected 50 on same principles first prize would be 27.50 and would be less than the max 50 and would not need changing.

Hope this makes sence.
