Not really, because it takes time to load the tournaments and compute the stats, it doesn't lend itself to an automatic nature. Also, because stats are typically computed after a new tournament has been completed, is it really worth it to spend time coding up a solution that automatically re-computes the stats and exports them to some file? If this happened all the time, I could see the need. But really, how often are you doing this?
As for exporting stats for a single player, there is something on the to-do list.
