I need de simple formula! Brazilian Player!

I have a tournament which takes place once a week, would like a formula to add up the points every week discounting -3 points for R-buy


The award of the day is:

1 = 15 pts + 50% money
2 = 12 pts + 30% money
3 = 10pts + 20% money
4 = 9 pts
5 = 8 pts
6 = 7 pts
7 = 6 pts
8 = 5 pts
9 = 4 pts
10 = 3 pts
11 = 2 pts
12 = 1 pts

- 3 pts for Rbuy

I wish they had the rank and discounting each Annual Rbuy

  r=rank & 12=12 place+1point & 11 place gets 2points & 10 place gets 3points so on.....   - 3pts for rebuys just put it in the Game tab, under rebuys ( Points received for rebuy )

For the pot awards, you can make prizes om the prizes tab, which should take care of that part.
