Help Me / help points pls.

Hi atm i have

 (n-r+1) + if(r <= 3, 1, 0) + if(r == 1, 1, 0) + finalTable

  can you help me change this please ie new code
 i would like  the last 8 players to get extra 2 points  for hiting final table instead of only get 1 extra point and then the last top 3 players to get extra points for coming 1st 2nd 3rd.

1st gets extra 6 points
2nd gets extra 4 points
3rd gets extra 2 points

if thats possible or

maybe you have a better system please help.

i have this atm

but would like the top 8 players ie final table to recive a extra point for making final table could give me a form for this so i can cut and pasted.
