Help Me / Stop Sounds During the Game

During the tournament (or when on the game screen), is there a way to create a button to stop the current sound that's playing? I've got one (Final Jeopardy Music) that plays for 30 seconds, but usually isn't needed that long.

Help Me / Status Messages

I'm wondering if it's possible right now to create a new status message to flash during the "pre-tourney" stage. I'd like it to flash like the "Clock Paused" or "Countdown in Progress" does. Ideally I would like to be able to create it in that menu, but as of right now I cannot add to it, unless I'm just missing it.

Corey, if it's not possible to do at the current time with it, and if it's not anything too demanding for implementation, would it be possible to allow us to be able to do this? I would imagine it would somewhat depend on the need, so I'll come out and ask what everyone else would think of the idea?

When I right click and select the properties of a cell (i.e. Title Properties), it allows me to select it from the menu, but the dialogue box doesn't show.

Corey, I know from your replies from posts I've reported that you've banned the user of said posts. As an alternative to just the users (which can just create more accounts), is there a way to ban the IP address?

Beta Testing / Randomize Seating - Beta 4

First issue from playing around (getting ready for tournament later tonight):

I have some players locked in seat as dealers, in addition to myself in a seat where it's easiest to run the tournament, but when I click on "Randomize Seating", and in leaving the box unchecked to include those locked in their seats, it still includes those locked in to their seat.  Doesn't effect me personally since I don't randomize, but, since I did stumble upon it, wanted to let you know.

Beta Testing / Player Ranking Screen Help

After doing some looking on topics, I created a screen to take the place of the default player rankings screen so that I can scroll the screen as I wish, instead of the auto-scroll that happens with it. My question is if it's possible to keep the column headers visible, much like one can do with Excel. If not, no big deal, as I know the columns for the list inside and out, and would be wanting it more so for the benefit of the players.

If it's not possible, is it something that can be implemented? Below is the text that I have for the cell contents, as it's a screen with a single cell.

Hey Corey,

Not sure if this was a bug or not. b3 wants to balance the tables even if auto seat isn't checked. I remember in the past it would just leave the player unseated w/o suggestion of movement. If it is something new, no biggie, I can work with it (Just need to move myself into the seat that I play in & can monitor play)

For what it's worth, stats tab export works, just not the game tab...

Beta Testing / Resetting Tournaments on 2.6.b3

Hey Corey - Found another issue with the new beta.  When I start a tourney, and need to reset it, it goes through the screens ok, but does not actually reset the tourney at all - I select reset everything, including the buy ins, but the buy ins stay. I am able to work around the issue, but is kinda annoying. Also tested it without starting the tournament, and still seems to be going on.  I know with the prior versions it would reset it back to where there would be no players added or bought in, but seems like b3 doesn't remove from tourney now, only the buy in... Was this intentional?

Help Me / Property Set Help

When adding a property set, and adding the conditions to the set, is there a way to determine what screen to show it on?  What I'm looking for is on my "pre-tournament" screen (which is #2) to have black lettering on cyan background (00ffff), while, if possible, showing the normal white text on dark blue background, while still in pre tournament stage. If it helps anyone, I'm able/willing to attach/email what I've got so far with my layout and am able to answer questions.

Beta Testing / 2.6.b3 Seating Issue

I'm sure I'm probably the only one one with this issue, since it only started after adding the pre-start clock to the layout... But ever since, I can add players, buy-in said players, but cannot seat them. A message under the players initially stated to set preferences to allow seating of players who have not bought in, so I did (even though auto buy-in was checked and confirmed). Whether or not I press Seat Players from tables tab, or I go to manually seat, I still am not allowed to seat, getting the following error:

As with the hand timer, I can only reproduce it a few times. In this instance, I had quit out and restarted TD and the issue seems to have gone away. Also, should I continue to get the error, I'll reply here

It should also be noted that after closing out of that dialogue, I cannot click on close to close out the timer - I have to click on the red X.

* Edit - After a total of 5 times hand timer shows up normal. Will report if I get it to happen again.

Help Me / Pre Tournament Seating Chart

Was just browsing the screen shots off the main page, and saw something that I think would be beneficial for my league: Having the seating chart show with the tournament in a pre-tournament state. I would like to show it as it is in the screen shot (http://www.thetournamentdirector.net/screenshots/blueAndGreenWithSeatingChart.jpg). My only issue would be that on the tables tab, that can stay in list form, but if I swap to the tables screen, I want that to show the racetrack with where everyone is seating.

Suggestions / Is This Possible??

I have about 40-45 players that play in a league each week. I have a 1000 chip set that I use, although it's semi-limited in chip sets I can create (45 is on the verge of what I can handle). I have a work around where I use 7 of the basic chip set, and three of an alternate (change stack, if you will) chip stack. Is there a way to have TD configure the optimized chip sets?

As clarification - the TD looks at both chip sets and runs through its calculations to see if 6/4 or 8/2 or 7/3 etc. is the most optimized to show me which option would be best? Even if we were to put it in and have it run each time and note the calculation...

When I go through a mock tourney, screen flashes white for a moment before reverting to layout screen showing blinds, time left, etc.
