Suggestions / Re: New Format For HTML Export
« on: October 22, 2009, 04:40:53 AM »
As Corey points out: You can remove HTML page tags and only get the HTML table in the export template.

I do this on our site. (I made a custom export template)
I have added the css tags TD uses to my css document for our web page.

So all I do now is copy & paste from the exported file and in to my CMS (joomla)

If i want to change the look/template on our web pages, I only change the css document and all the tables will reflect the changes, even the old ones.
Personally I think the existing method works perfectly.

An option to remove the Sum and AVG from the bottom would be welcome however...

Impressive!

Are the screens completely flush with the cloth? (Does the cards slide right across?)

Nice!

I like the font and the card pictures.
What font did you use?

I have created my own .xml file os that it fits to my images etc.

Regardless: I can still choose to get even the big tables side-by-side by setting the columncount to appropriate value.
(Using either small, medium and large .xml files)

Thank you all for encouraging feedback!

To simpleman56:
On the Layout tab -> Other Properties -> Seating Chart Screen there is a selection for how many you would like to use.
(See attached screenshot)

« on: September 18, 2008, 01:10:47 AM »
in the "Preferences" tab: Press the "Extended Display" button.
Change your settings there.
Choose where you want your Game window to show up and where your Settings window schould show etc.
Click Ok and go to the "Controls" tab.
Now you have everything you need to buy-in players, bust out players etc. on one screen and the game window on the other.

Help Me / Re: Version 2.4.3 How do I stop the screens from changing
« on: September 18, 2008, 12:58:41 AM »
If you are talking about how to avoid TD to cycle trough Mainscreen, Player rankings and seatingchart etc:

On the layout tab: press the "Screen sets" button.
You will now see a window with the screen sets (left pane) and screens (right pane) assigned to each screen set.
Choose/mark "default" in left pane and remove all screens except the "Main screen" in the right pane.

Now only the tournament screen will show once the tournament has started.

Take a look at Audacity. May be what you want.

Use it to record, cut, copy, join, mix etc. sounds

General Discussion / Re: Rebuy - Coming back in - Blinds
« on: May 14, 2008, 01:59:49 AM »
In my opinion the player would have to Re-Buy imediately to keep his seat in the tournament. (If not he is out of the tournament)
(The Re-Buy option is offered before you deal the next hand)
Then the player may sit-out for a while, but will have to put in his blinds when it comes to him.

Also: If players arrive late, I think it is better to buy them in at the start of the tournament and treat them as sit-outs (posting their blinds etc) until they arrive.
This way you make sure that there is no advantage in arriving later and you get a more consistent treatement of the Buy-In's and the Re-Buy's.

In the "layout" tab: Press the "Screen Sets" button.
In the "Screens" section. Press the "Add" button.
Select the "(Built-in) Seating Chart" and press "OK"

Back in the "layout" tab: Press the "Other properties" button.
Choose Seating chart in the list on the left.
Press "Edit table images" button
Press "Add". Press "Browse" and choose the image (.xml-file) you want.

Now your "Main Screen" and the "Seating Chart" will "take turns" showing.
(Table images will only show when you have created one or more tables in the "Tables tab")

(If you want the "Seating chart" to display all the time before tournament is started: Create a new screen set, set condition "before game" and add the "Seating Chart" screen.)

Help Me / Re: Another points issue, set points to zero on rebuy
« on: May 08, 2008, 01:34:19 AM »
Or is there a way to subtract 6 points for if they rebuy but keep them > 0?

if(nr>0,If((if(rank < 5, n + 6 - 2 * rank, n - rank + 1)-6)<1,1,if(rank < 5, n + 6 - 2 * rank, n - rank + 1)-6),if(rank < 5, n + 6 - 2 * rank, n - rank + 1))

This formula subtracts 6 points if the player rebuys one or more times.
If the "rebuy subtraction" gives 0 or less points, the player gets 1 point. (No player gets less than 1 point)

Example 1: (No rebys, 12 enries)
1st: 16.00
2nd: 14.00
3rd: 12.00
4th: 10.00
5th: 8.00
6th: 7.00
7th: 6.00
8th: 5.00
9th: 4.00
10th: 3.00
11th: 2.00
12th: 1.00

Example 2: (everyone rebuys, 12 entries)
1st: 10.00
2nd: 8.00
3rd: 6.00
4th: 4.00
5th: 2.00
6th: 1.00
7th: 1.00
8th: 1.00
9th: 1.00
10th: 1.00
11th: 1.00
12th: 1.00

Example 2: (12 entries, 1st, 4th and 10th rebuys)
1st: 10.00
2nd: 14.00
3rd: 12.00
4th: 4.00
5th: 8.00
6th: 7.00
7th: 6.00
8th: 5.00
9th: 4.00
10th: 1.00
11th: 2.00
12th: 1.00

Deuce: I love this logo!

I would love to use it in my TD layout in our home game. May I? (would have to change the text of course  :))
Did you draw the banner yourself?

General Discussion / Re: Version 2.5.3 is available
« on: April 25, 2008, 05:43:45 AM »
Hi! And thanks for a great piece of software!

I love the new feature where you can display dynamic table images!

The only thing is that this seems to only be available on the built-in seating chart screen.
I would love to have this feature when using a seating chart on pages I create my self.

Because we never use more than 2-3 tables in a tounament (home game only) I want to be able to show other info on the seating chart page as well.
(number of players, prizepool, rules etc.) This is to be displayed before tournament starts.

Is this possible?
Or:
Would this be possible in future version?
