Templates, Layouts and Sounds / Willing to pay for a complete layout to be made...

Hi,
I have home games 2 or 3 times a week and have invested in a custom poker table, custom chips etc etc
I have been using The Tournament Director for some time now. However, I have no idea when it comes to making the layouts with specific image backgrounds.
I would like to pay to commission someone to make the layout for me. I have all of the images In vector format that I would like to be put on the layout and also have hi-res images of each of my poker chips that I would also like to be shown.
I have many ideas and Paypal waiting for anyone that feels they are up to the job?
