Title: round or level and break time

I would like to see a button on the round page that would allow you to set all the levels to a new time limit at once.  Now when I want to change these I have to enter each one at a time.  Also setting the breaks in mass to one time would be helpful.  Of course I would want to keep the ability change each level or break individually.
