how to remove the header and footer of receipts? .... page 1 of 1 appears and the file name

Open IE
In the top right hand corner click the gear.
Click Print
Click on Page Setup
In the Headers and footers section;
Click Title then -empty-
Click Footer then -empty-
Click Page# then -empty-
Click date then -empty-
Click OK

It did not work, the messages still appear in the header and footer !!!

All I can recommend is to try again and make sure your changes were applied.  The Tournament Director actually runs inside of the Internet Explorer engine, and relies on IE to print.  So it is IE's print/page layout settings that control how receipts are printed.  The TD does not have security access to those settings, so you have to change them yourself.  Mesnik44's instructions are correct.
