How do I add scrolling text to something?

I want my Prize Fund along the bottom to scroll, and perhaps include other info. How do I add that? Can I add that?

You want to use the <marquee> tag. <marquee> The text

<marquee> The text inside the tag will be what scrolls on the TTD screen. </marquee>
You are able to make it scroll across or up & down. it's mainly a matter of what's going to work best for you. It defaults to scroll across.
