Preferences tab -> Config Files button -> Default Layout

When i have the screenlayout i Want, How do i set it as default layout ?
And why cant i write it easy ??

Now i updated in the Club…. And it keeps cycling tru 3 Windows :
How do i disable that ?
So none of My Personal settings (forced back up and other “tricks” i have entered the last 4-5 years are being exported to the new version on install ?
Everyone who updates get a clean version ?
