Depends on how they do it. The TD can include Flash content, so it's certainly possible. I can help put that into a layout for you but I can't guarantee it will work, or how well it will work. Some Flash content just won't.
Just remember that when the screen changes, the element holding the Flash goes away. It's not like it's just hidden and then shown again when the the layout returns to the screen with the Flash on it. If it [the video feed] had to connect and sync and all that jazz, it will do that every time. The solution of course is to have only one screen in your layout so the element containing the Flash doesn't go away.
