Creating new "Adv Stack" token
« on: September 22, 2012, 03:31:41 PM »
My main layout screen shows the average stack size.  This number includes "adjusted chip count" from the main game screen.  The adjusted chip count is the number of "bonus chips" we give players on early arrival (so that the game starts on time).  I would like to display the "adjusted chip count" separately in the main screen, but although there is a place to enter it on the main screen, and its incorporated in computing the average stack size, I don't see a token which I can incorporate into the screen layout.  Can anyone direct me?

I looked into doing something similar, as the UK Casino Software now has "Bonus Chips" displayed on the tournament screen

The way I figured I could do it but didn't bother was to enter the total amount of early bonus chips in one of the announcements on the rules tab.

This announcement can then be displayed as a cell by going to insert token > announcement on the layout tab

Thanks.  I tried it and it was really easy.  But, is there a way of avoiding having to change the announcement rule each time, and have it pick it up directly from the "adjusted chip amount" on the game tab?  (Now I'm just getting greedy)

I'll add it as a token.

Not at present, as Corey has just advised, presumably the token is easily added though so will be available likely in a forthcoming release.

:o  Thanks.  I've never seen such a responsive software developer.  Much appreciated.
