Title: beta receipts

Hi Corey.

I think I found a bug in the receipts funtion of the current beta release.

In the Preferences tab, it is possible to set different salespersons for each receipt.  However, when doing the buy-ins, it is now not possible to select a salesperson (you currently can do this on version 2.5.12), despite having multiple salepersons on record.

Not really a big deal for me, but I know there are some others out there that are using this feature, and I just thought that I would point this out.

Of course, I could be doing something wrong....

It seems the salesperson selector has disappeared from all of the transaction dialogs.  Kind of a glaring bug, huh?

I changed the receipts preferences to allow one to select whether to create a receipt file and/or print a receipt, for each receipt type.  Before it was just two checkboxes for all receipt types.  But apparently I didn't update each transaction dialog to check the appropriate receipt type.
