Blind Structure Suggestions?

Historically, I have used a timer (I won't mention the name; but it is not software), that you put in the chip amounts, the amount of players, the total amount of chips and how long you want to the tournament to run for.  It then automatically designs the structure as far as the blinds and how long each round is.

Does TD do something similar?
