unable to access media player

I recently upgraded TD I think and now I get this error, and TD wont load.  I have a tournament tonight.  Please help

A couple of people have reported this issue lately.  Nothing about the media player has changed in recent versions (actually, not in a long time) so I don't think it's a bug in the software.  It could be a Windows update or other software installed on your PC.  The basic question is, is Windows Media Player installed?
