Not "automatically", as in all players are unseated and when you press "Seat Players" player 1 is always seated at a particular seat. But you can seat the player at a specific seat yourself and lock them in that seat, then seat everyone else randomly.
On the Tables tab, just drag the player to the appropriate seat. Then right-click on the player and select "Lock <player> in seat".
