ive set my blind structure but on one of the break levels i would like it to say ADD-ON as appose to CHIP UP!!!.....is it possible to do that.... ??? ??? ;)

Yes, there is.

Go to the rounds tab.  Right click on the break(s) that you want to modify.  Choose Edit Break #.  Click on Tokens.  Create a token called breaktext and put whatever you want it to say there.
