new sound event help

Hey Corey,
I just got comfortable with making new sound events and I downloaded the new TD version and im completely lost on how to add a new sound event. Can you give me an example on how to add a event such as playing "the blinds have just gone up" at the end of a round

New Event.

Trigger "a level ends"
conditions (state = 2) && (isRound)

Set up a new action to play the sound you want.
