Corey, is there away to take say,a Post Tourney Screen and use it some where else without getting the Main & PreTourney etc, with it (I  just need the Post Tourney Screen)

You mean import just the screen from another layout?  If so, 2.6 will do this using the "Import / Export" feature on the Layout tab.  You can't do it in earlier versions.
