None of my events are omitted. And checking box number 2 in the 2nd pic only tells the software that that action has been performed when in reality it has even fired at all.
no by checking the box should let it fire, did u run a mock tourney

yeah I've ran mock tournaments and after an event fires if you go back to look at the event the software has put a check mark in that action box so that it knows not to perform it again till all the other actions of the same type(sound or message) have been performed.

when u say other actions  I'm lost ,on mine its just the 1 that should fire, mine has a sound wave and a message and they fire at the same time

sorry it was more of an example. For events that have multiple sounds and multiple messages. In our particular case where there is only 1 sound and 1 message...which essentially makes that check box useless for this event since it can only fire 1 of each every time.

yeah, I've got 3 random prizes every game, but honestly I'd just like to see it fire once. I can come up with other ways to give away the other 2 prizes(bubble, raffle, high card etc...)

Received an email back from corey.

"For #1, your hunch is probably correct.  Only one event will be processed for any given action in the tournament.  Randomly chosen prizes are awarded when players bust-out, so if you have a bust-out event that is being triggered, no other events will be triggered for the bust-out.  The ordering of the events on the Events tab determines event relative priority.  Therefore, you should simply move the random-player event to a spot above the bust-out event(s)."

And the problem is solved. I moved the event up the list and it is now triggering correctly.

Honestly Timmer we could have spent hours on this and "moving it up the list" would have never occurred to me as a solution.

In the process of solving this another thought came to mind for a different event if you're willing to help me hash through it.
