whenever the settings screen is open i cannot do anything on the tournament screen. how do you busy players out with both open?

I have a projector that allows use as an extension of my desktop. I would like to run the tournament through the projector (blind clock, seating chart, etc..) but adjust the settings if needed through the desktop. This way the clock would always be visible even if i have to adjust any tournament settings. is this possible?
