Is there any way to format an individual word in a cell
 for instance if i wanted to change the colour of a particular word
or if i wanted to underline a word

Suggestions / Randomise seating at the final table

On the tables page you have the option to randomise the seating at the final table.
Would it be possible to put that button on to the dialogue box that appears, when the player on the (table) bubble is knocked out.
Or maybe a button that could be ticked to have the final table automatically randomised

Help Me / Abbreviating The Blinds on the layout screen

Just ran  mock tournament.

In the preferences tab I have ticked the box so that the blinds should be abbreviated
for example 20,000  should show as 20K
However it is still showing the blinds in an unabbreviated form. i.e 20,000

I have designated the smallest chip as 25
I have designated K as the abbreviation for thousands
I have designated M as the abbreviation for Millions
and I have designated B as the abbreviation for Billions

This is not just on the 20,000. It is on all the thousands. Have i done every thing right? Am i missing anything?

I would like to display the names of the last 5 players eliminated, in that order. so that the last player eliminated would go to the top of the list and the player at the bottom of the list would be removed.

for example the first 5 players are eliminated and the list would show:-

LAST 5 PLAYERS OUT
5th player E
4th player D
3rd player C
2nd player B
1st player A

Then player 6 is eliminated so the list would now show

LAST 5 PLAYERS OUT
6th player F
5th players E
4th player D
3rd player C
2nd player B

Any idea if this is possible

Beta Testing / Points for Hits

Would it be possible to display a cumulative "Points for Hits made" column on the Stats tab and also on the Players Rankings Screen.

If a league has an End of Season prize for the most hits made  , It would be good to be able to display the total points that each player has earned

When i say I cumulative, i mean it can already display the number of hits made and it adds the points to total points.

What i would like is a column to show the total number of points made, so on the Players ranking screen, It would display the result of (No of Hits made * points earned for each hit made). So people can see what each player has made from the hits they have managed to get.
On the Stats screen I would like to print out a  table of the players, the number of hits made, the total point earned from those hits).
Hope i explained this right

When you save the layout do the cells within my made layout screens get saved?
I have templates made for different games and as such they have different rules.

I have a screen which displays  the rules. with in that screen there is a cell I have named <rules2> which displays the rules as  scrolling text.
But when I load it the rules2 is not loaded with it.

When I am on the rules screen and i save the layout, is this the layout that is loaded if i open this game up again?

When i exit a game or a layout it always ask if i want to save the layout.  If i save it when i exit, does the rules screen get saved with it and should it save any alteration that i make on the rules screen

It could be that i am doing it wrong?

Help Me / Fault on Screen Properties / Seating Chart Screen. Version 3

When a player is moved to another table i have set it up so that when the tables are displayed, any recently moved players are highlighted in a different coloured text and background. So that when someone is looking for where they are going to sit, they can see at a glance what there new table is.
This worked find in the beta 2.5v.
On the new version of TD.
On the tables Seating chart screen the text is not highlighted. But when you press T to toggle to the list format it IS highlighted and displayed the way i want it to be.

Any one lese having this problem?

Just a thought, probably impractical.
I know that you can set the dealer button automatically on the tables tab. In live play the average orbit time in most games is approx 20 minutes which gives an average of hands played per hour as 30 (2 minutes per hand).
Would their be a way to get the button to move 1 spot every two minutes and so give an approximate position of where the button would be at any given time.

I have created 2 additional screens.

Screen 1 is to display the results of the last league game and screen 2 is to display all results upto date.
I have exported these (as HTML files) from the stats screen and then  imported them back onto the screens via the rules tab.
This works OK to display about 20 names. but if there are lots of players, all are not shown.
 
Is there a way to have them scroll up and down as in the blinds screen?
Also is there a way to Increase the size of the font, the colour etc, or would i have to open the HTML file and make any changes that way?

Help Me / Having different rakes for different players

In a league, I would like to apply different rakes.
I would like to charge League members $3.00 and Guest $5.00.
When you buy in a player, On the Buy in screen, is it possible to  display on the right side (the details) the two different rakes, and then have the option to select which rake is to be charged

I wanted a layout for a club where i play poker out. Got talking to Timmer.  I asked Timmer for some advice and he told me to describe what i wanted and he would do a layout for me.
I described what i wanted and to be fair i give very little input.
Have a look at the Background picture and then check out the Table layout. This will give you some great ideas as to what can be achieved with some imaginative hard work.

Scrolls, Marquees and  loads of stuff that i would never have dreamed was possible.


What Timmer done is absolutely amazing. I have personally thanked him for the great job he did for me. An amazing job!

Suggestions / Displaying Points

 Suggestion
On the players ranking screen, during a tournament, it shows the points that players have won during the game.
But what i would like to do if possible,  is to display on the players ranking screen the current points for the current season so far and for those points to be entered from previous games into the next / current leg automatically.
For example:-
In season 1 - leg 1 player b won 200 points
In season 1 - leg 2 player b won 400 points.
Player b's  current total is 600 points.

So at the start of leg 3 player b's displayed starting points on the players ranking screen  would be 600 and any points earned in the current leg,  would be added together to give a running score for the season

I know that you can adjust the players points from within the players tab. But to do this for every player 1 at a time would be time consuming,  could it be possible to implement this in a future update.

Help Me / Displaying a saved file onto a screen

I have created 2 extra screens to try and display

1, Last Results Screen - to show the  result of the last league game
2, Current League Places - to show the current league standings

I exported the the results from the stats tab.
How do i import them into the screens?

Help Me / Double chance - Bonus chips and 2nd Stack

Doing a Double Chance with Bounties.  Start with 2 * stacks of 4000 chips, plus offering a bonus of 1000 chips to those who prepay a deposit and register at least 48 hours before the game is due to start .

To try and keep track of who gets what.My idea is this.  I will be putting the control buttons on the main screen.
Then  I will alter the Add-on button to read "2nd stack" and alter the Rebuy button to read  "bonus chips". This can be done as and when players register

The Add on/2nd Stack button will be set will be set to to 1 per player, and the chip amount to 4000. the cost will be set to nil
 
I will set the Rebuy/bonus chips to 1 per player, the amount of chips to 1000 and set the cost to nil.

Can any one forsee any problems that might occur doing it this way. Or has any onel else got a better way of doing this?
