Corey is it possible to award points to the player that knocks out a player, making them re-buy into the tournament.

might be wrong, but i dont think it counts when they can rebuy.

I think its only a hit when they are actualy out out of the tourney.

It definitely counts as a hit.  Bounties, on the other hand, only get awarded to the player who busts out a player last.  If a player A has a bounty on them (either a bounty chip or a bounty prize), the player who knocks out player A will receive the bounty - until player A rebuys.
