Title: No printed text or images from receipt

Hi Corey,
I have the following problem.
I've created a receipt template which works fine if opened through internet explorer, but when TD3 attempt to print it, it comes blank, and the thermal printer cuts the paper straight away, like nothing is in the file.

What could it be?
