Ciao, mi permetto di dare un consiglio al miglioramento del programma, nella sezione dove fare la ricevuta fiscale , si deve inserire a mano il nome del giocatore, perchè non lo colleghi al database cosi' da selezionare il giocatore che paga?

Hello, let me make a suggestion to improve our program, in the section where you can cash receipt, you must manually enter the name of the player, why do not you connect to the database so 'to select the player who pays?

I don't recall a place in the program where you must enter a player's name in order to print a receipt.  The software always uses the information about the player it already knows.  To where are you referring?

Sure, click Preferences, then received, a window opens and then edit sales people, you must include the name, it would be better to take the name of the database.

I see.  Well, I guess this is because it is not assumed that sales people would be in your database.  Take it from the perspective of a casino: a sales person would never be in the database because in all likelihood they are completely disallowed from ever participating in the events.

Is your situation different?

I cannot speak for assosoliera, but I know for the league I run, I also play. I think it would be beneficial to perhaps let it refer to a database player instead of requiring it to be or assuming that it not be one.
