I've personally had no issues using the lock feature - not sure if it's cause i'm win7, but having the lock seemed to have not affected my program at all.

It looks like it's just a forum board, kind of like what these boards are here for this forum.
While I might be interested in doing something like that in the future, it won't suit my needs for now, and it won't take my registration info, so I'm kind of turned off by that site now.

I was wondering if anyone knows any good websites to go to where I could do the following, hopefully at minimal or no cost:
- Allow players to register for tourneys, so as to pre-reg & guarantee seating.
- Allow me to upload stats, and players to see their stats
- Allow me to email the players newsletters
Right now I'm taking care of my league announcements via my personal facebook account, but would like to try to find something better.

What I've noticed is that if you need to change their starting stack, you can do that, and if you leave the basic layout the same, it will show you the average for stacks.

For what it may be worth, I've been running TD on Win7 myself for a month or two now. I've yet to have it crash, or give me any error messages that wasn't created by me. Running Pro version I believe... not the basic or the Ultimate, but one in the middle.

Just figured it out... Chips received w/o buying the players in right away (since I don't know who all is going to show up for the tourney).... Sorry for the post and answer right away, but perhaps someone else can benefit from it w/o reposting similar question

For hits, on the main screen, you can enter in an amount where it says "points for hits" (i believe that's what it says). For bounties, you'd have to go to the prizes tab and make a prize for the people who are bounties, and assign one less point than what you want to award for bounty (as the person knocking them out automatically gets a point). So if you give hits one point, and you want someone to receive 3 points instead for KO a bounty, you'd make the prize be worth two.

Help Me / Uneven Starting Stacks

I'm going to be running a tournament where the players get a chip stack based upon their point total (normal stack + 100 in chips per 10 points earned). I noticed that when you register players, you can double click on them to bring up a player card, and that has a field for you to enter in "current chip count". Will entering a starting chip stack there be reflected when I start the tournament, or is there another way to reflect different chip stack?

On the main screen, when it first loads up, where it shows the buy in, you want to put 1 in there, and if you want them to earn a point per hit, put one there too. If you want to manually configure points for placement, you can do that through the prize tab too

I've been using the software for a few weeks now, and noticed that the points that are awarded are in decimal format. I'm curious if there is a way to make it display as a whole number (i.e. "29" instead of "29.00"), and if not, if there is any potential for that to be included in a future release
