It seems that it is Google who have registred the homepage as "suspicious" according to the helpfile.

According to the Google logs, they have visited the site 10-21 and still found "malicious software" on the site.

Same Chrome version here and the same virus warning for me just now.  IE 7.0 doesn't object at all.

"In order for TD to suggest a rounds shedule for you, you first need to configure the chips that will be used"
it says when i try to use the built in feature in the program. Fair enough.

I load my chips template and TD calculates a shedule after my specifications just fine. The problem is that TD want me to use the 25 chip (25-50) in the first round even though I don't use it. My chips are 100-500-1000-5000, which is stipulated in my chips template. Is this a bug or have I missed something?
Shouldn't the program use my designated chips when I want TD to create a rounds shedule?

If you don't change the level, why not just right-click and Set Clock?
Because then I would have to set the clock every time the time runs out, as it start the next round with the pre-set time from the rounds tab.

?

You still have to enter the time when you "set all times".  I'm still confused.

I am not at home right now, so I can't check what I am saying is 100% correct, but: If i right-klick-set clock as you suggests it works just fine... Until the timer reaches zero and next blinds level starts. The next blinds level start according to what is set in the "rounds" page for that level, in this case it starts with 12 minutes and I have to set the time again (if we are playing with fewer players than 6 at the moment) That is why I would want to acess the "set all times" screen with a button from the main screen.

Just a thought for you.

I run a 10 seater and a 16 seater, I am always sat at seat 1, with 16 I am always at seat 1 table 1.

You can seat 1 player without any problems because the rest are random.

So you cuold always be beside the PC, this will help you a bit.

You can have the +level and -level buttons on the main screen.

Then when you bust someone out, hit the plus level as well, would take you 2 seconds.

We don't want to increase the blinds level, just decrease the timer for the current level.

So, you change the round duration for all rounds each time you decide to bump the blinds?  Just easy that way?  Or am I still missing something?

No, we change the blinds timer according to how many players there are left. 9 players - 12 minutes all the way down to 5 players - 10 minutes, 4 players - 8 minutes 3 players 6 minutes and 2 players 4 minutes. That is why I need a "set all times" button on the main screen, to simplify the task for the one sitting closest to the computer. Othervise, I am the one that have to do the "work", and as we are playing in a small basement, and most of the guys are 100 kilo+ types, I have to squeeze myself through them if I am sitting the furthest away from the computer. :-)
It doesn't help that I'm a 120 kg type either. :-)

Help Me / Re: File saving

I need to start educating my friends. :-)

There isn't.  But why don't you, at the start of each new tournament, use Windows Explorer to set all of your saved tournaments "read-only"?  You can select all of the files in a folder, right-click and select "Properties".  Then just check the "Read only" checkbox.

The problem is that I already have done that, but the new files (we play 3 games per night) are not write-protected. The first game is saved by date such as 20090126 1,
the seccond is 20090126 2 and so on. When I am busted out early in the third game, I go home and leave my computer at my friend's. If you press "save as", the previous named file appears at the top of the list in Windows and if you then forget to change 20090126 2 to a "3", game #2 is overwritten.
I figure I need to win every last game from now on, then. :-)

It would take me directly to the "set all times" menu from the game screen, just as the button "Bust out players" take me to the bust-out menu.

Help Me / File saving
« on: January 24, 2009, 07:46:46 AM »
Several times latelly, there has been problems with the file saving in our tourneys. When I am not there to do the saving myself, someone else has been instructed in detail how to do it.
even though i am a teacher, I seem to lack skills in the didactics department, as older files has been overwritten several times now. It is a b***h trying to recapitulate how that game went.

Is there a way to make TD (or windows) automaticly save the TD files in write-protected mode?

At our homegame we change the blinds timer according to how many players there are left.
I am the one doing the changing, as almost no one else feels comfortable "messing with computers". Is it possible to add a button "Set All Times" in the layout screen?

Suggestions / Changing clock in main page
« on: July 27, 2008, 09:45:24 AM »
At our homegame, we change the rounds time as players are kicked out, to speed up the game. At 6 players we have 6 minutes, 5 players 5 minutes and so on. I change the blinds clock at the main screen by right-clicking on it and then set the appropriate time. However, every time the round changes, it is re-set to the original setting (12 minutes). Is it possible to implement the function to allow for the clock to start the next round with the previous setting?
In the perfect world, TD would automaticly set the rounds duration according to how many players there were left. :-)
