Im using Eventbrite
www.grantek.eventbrite.com/ for tournament schedule, invitations and registration. using free tickets for registration (just to get a clue how many is coming)
Works great and the android app to check people of when arriving is allso really useful.
i used to use statsgenie, but after their latest version uppgrade it got to complicated to handle.
Stats from tournaments exports to public folder in dropbox at the end of each tournament, and from that link i can pre publish an article in our wordpress blog that auto publish 1 hour after each event.
