Windows 7 error message

I just used the TD just 3 weeks ago for my year end tournament and it was a success like it has been for the past 2 years.  I went to open up TD this weekend to prepare for this season and a Windows error message pops up.  I seem to be able to run the program however, I can NOT access previous tournaments, templates, stats, etc.  I do not have the updated version of the TD program.

I had a friend look at it as I'm not the most technically sound person when it comes to computers and he could not fix it. 

Here is the complete warning message:

Windows has found a problem with running this file.
Name:  comdlg.32.cab
Publisher-Unknown Publisher
File was blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature that verifies it's publisher.

As I've said I'm not computer savvy so I do not make changes on my laptop but do run Webroot anti-virus and of course run the Windows updates when they advise me to.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Upgrade to version 2.5.12.
