Title: Rake on receipt

Dear all,

How can I add the rake amount to the receipt?

hi,

there is no rake token option for receipts at present, i'm sure Corey will chime in and let you know if I am correct and if it could be added to the receipt tokens.

Looks like you're right.  I don't see that I've included as an option.  I guess the thinking is that most places wouldn't want to point this out on the receipt.
