Title: Online League Sofware - Shark Stats now LIVE!
Post by: skelly82 on June 10, 2008, 05:10:45 AM
Hi there guys and gals,

I have been using TD for just over 2 years and I must say it makes the nights that I run that much more easier. The stats that I collect are over a few venues and I have a site that holds all of the leagues etc.

On this site I have a script that I use that show the stats in a graphical way. It allows you to see /use the following

Admin Backend:
Uploading a pre-set CSV from TD to the database
Add/Edit Players details
Add/Remove players Avatars
Add/Edit/Remove leagues
Add/Edit/Remove events

Front End:
Average finishes overall
Finishes per venue
How deep you ran on average
ROI based on buyins / Winnings
Your Nemesis
Compare against other player in the league

The reason I am talking about this is because I am developing a site that will allow users to host their own league results, with the graphical interface. You can see it all working http://www.sussex-poker.co.uk/index.php?categoryid=22 (http://www.sussex-poker.co.uk/index.php?categoryid=22) . The graphics of the front and back end are all being changed to take on a web 2.0 look and feel.

If you are interested in this let me know and I will be opening a few free review spots to test when shark-stats.com goes live at the end of June.

let me know if you are interested.

Skelly  ;D

I run a 16 man league.

Flyers every Friday for 10 players, but I have 60+ on my database.

Its alive!

Ok guy and gals Shark-Stats is now ready for the beta! We have been working over the last month to get it to a level where it will cater for most tournament director users.

I have put my leagues details into the program for the past year and it is looking rather tasty, you are more than welcome to look at the front end with the profile pages . http://www.shark-stats.co.uk/Hillians/ (click on a name and it will take you to their stats)

you will find the league accessible from the top of the page(at the moment the potters is the only one with populated data - do a selection from the 1/07/08 - 07/07/08 to see it in action.

I have had 2 people want to test it out and they will be set up later this week with access. So have a look and if you like what you see let me know as I will have 5 more spots open for testing.

Any feedback is welcome - Hope to hear from you soon

PS thanks to Corey for making such a great program to build this on to.

Skelly
