Help Me / 8 game mix

I am running an 8 game mix tournament this week. We are having 30 minutes rounds, and each game will be played for 8 hands before moving on to the next one. When the level changes you continue with the same game just at new levels until the 8 hands are finished. Any ideas how I can set this up for my layout and rounds structure?

I want to create an event to play a sound when the first person busts from the tournament. What condition would I use for this? Sorry for the newb question.

I need a formula for the following. 14 player league.

1st out gets 2 pts, 2nd 4 pts, etc...all players get 1 point for playing and in the money players get bonus pts, 4th place +2, 3rd place +4, 2nd place +6, 1st place +8
