Suggestions / Re: Audio Level Adjustment
« on: November 04, 2007, 06:44:36 AM »
Is it possible to add a way to adjust the audio level of the TD sound events.

I run music on the TD computer sometimes... and the level from the TD is very loud.

TO DO THIS YOU GO INTO THE EVENTS TAB AND LOOK, ITS ALMOST THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER, BUT A BIT UP, IT SAYS SOUNDS LEVELS

THIS CAN BE DONE[/size]

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO HOLD DOWN THE KEYS CTRL+ALT+DIRECTIONAL KEY (NOT TO GET BACK TO NORMAL HOLD CTRL+ALT+UP

Suggestions / Re: Selecting multiple hitmen
« on: November 04, 2007, 06:35:04 AM »
In games where there's HI/Lo pots, if 3 or more players were involved in a hand and the player with the fewer amount of chips busts out, it would be appropriate to select 2 hitmen to bust out the player with the fewer chips.  The current version does not allow selection of multiple hitmen.

With that in mind, if there's a bounty fee on that busted out player, it would be appropriate for the program to split the bounty fee in half.

Could this be an option for a future release?

I've needed to do that before because a split pot knocked out 2 people

Thanks for your feedback.  Sometimes it is just easier to have someone show you the first time instead of reading and trying to figure it out; but I will keep trying.

I really like the layout Hollywood Poker has for their Tournament clock and I am trying to base mine on it, but the issue I kept having was what order to add the columns and rows since sometimes you get stuck based on what row is part of what column and vice-versa.

just a quote, to get the controls accross the bottom, (i mean to click to go to the next round) insert the following code (this is off one of Corey's posts)

There are several ways to do this.  You can place the buttons within a <nobr></nobr> HTML tag to prevent the renderer from placing the buttons on different horizontal lines.  Load up the layout "BlackAndGreenWithButtons.tlo" and look in the "Controls" cell.  Here's part of it:

Code:
<nobr>
<tdbutton type="previousround" text="Round -" inheritFont="true">
&nbsp;
<tdbutton type="nextround" text="Round +" inheritFont="true">
&nbsp;
<tdbutton type="addplayers" text="+ Player" inheritFont="true">
</nobr>

You could also put each button in its own cell of an HTML table:

Code:
<table border=0>
<tr>
<td>
<tdbutton type="previousround" text="Round -" inheritFont="true">
</td>
<td>
<tdbutton type="nextround" text="Round +" inheritFont="true">
</td>
<td>
<tdbutton type="addplayers" text="+ Player" inheritFont="true">
</tr>
</table>

I have two problems with your sounds: First, our blind schedule is totally different and 2) the voice is just way too mechanical. Its a great idea to do this, but it would be better to have a real voice. I was tempted to make some sounds with that same voice from that webpage (AT &T, right?) but I just felt that the voice didn't seem natural enough. Its a good idea, but try with your own voice, or some girl's voice (I betcha my 2 year old girls voice would be cute, if only I could convince her to say all those numbers in a sitting... short attention span has she)

I only put the sounds on for use of people who have that blind schedule and the voice is not that bad but does sound a little plastic thats all

instead of using printscreen you can also use a free thing called screen hunter wihich allows to capture just a spectific area and also to save in different formats too

Captain all in? Are you using the demo version or have you purchased the key of Corey??
It seems to be that if you are running the demo version when you click to add a soundevent you get a differnet window. i have used the full version and it has a different window.

How exactly do they not work??
In what way???
