Simple points system

Hi I would like to create a simple point system for my poker league.  We are 20 players and I want only the top 10 to receive points as follows

1st - 10pts
2nd - 9pts
3rd - 8pts
4th - 7pts
5th - 6pts
6th - 5pts
7th - 4pts
8th - 3pts
9th - 2pts
10th - 1pt

11-20th - 0pts

I have tried to do this but I can not figure it out.  Please help!!!

Check the help tab section 8.1.1 gives this exact example for a formula:

if(r<=10, 11-r, 0)

and there you go
