Help Me / Printing out Player Rankings

we have kind of a weird way of keeping points, and i think the easiest way is to print out the player rankings and enter the points into my custom database system by hand...

problem is, i can't find a way to print out the player rankings ... can anybody tell me what is probably in the program somewhere, but i can't find?

Help Me / Windows Vista

i hate bill gates!

just bought a new laptop, with Vista Home Premium pre-installed. All the latest patches have been applied.

When i start TD 2.2.2, i get a blue screen with the prompt "Internet Explorer Add-on Installer: Continue?"...i click continue...computer goes away with a blank screen until i use the Task Manager to close TD.

arrrrrgh....

any hints? (besides the obvious dynamite suggestion....)

Help Me / Bust out mistake

TD 2.2.2

although the help file does refer (albeit foggy) to undoing a bust-out, i can't seem to find detail or buttons on how to do this...

i did find how to create an "undo bust out" button, but don't know how to create a button either. As well, i need to do this so rarely that i don't think a button should be necessary (for me, anyway...)

can somebody clue me in on how to undo a wrong bust-out?

In your answer, feel free to assume that i'm REALLY dumb
