Silver Owl:
We are having our season ending game tomorrow $20 buy-in. I take out $10 from each pot each game to add a little extra to the season ending game for extra payouts besides the regular payout. First flush wins $5.00, first full house wins $5.00 win a hand with 7-2 wins $5.00 bad beat hand of the night wins $5.00 sort of thing. I'm looking for other fun suggestions if anyone has any. Thanks

High hand for the night (although this usually has to be paid later) and first player to double their starting stack

Thanks dirty_outs along with what I mentioned above,
I added a $5.00 incentive to exit the game as long as you had at least one chip left
everyone drew a card from another deck and if there is a pair on the board that match your card you win $5.00,
trips on the board that match wins $10.00
quads on the board win $20.00
At the end of the night everyone left with some cash and it was fun.

In our annual charity event we have done the following "extras"

End of Reign: Knock out a previous champion and get X. (we give chips).
Seven Deuce: Win a hand holding 7/2 and get an entry into a drawing at the end of the tournament.
